When working with GP surgeries numbers tend to be less than thirty which of course impacts upon what you will be charged.
Another know factor is how an away day for a surgery works. Most of the design work has already been done and it therefore easier to tailor your away day around this proven format used for the last twelve years.
We are committed to working within the NHS and have developed a strategy that means a set number of days a year can be allocated at a very special rate for surgeries. It is also very important for you to know we are transparent in our dealings with all our clients and are pleased we can make the following guarantees when working with a GP practice.
- Provided there are less than thirty participants, the fee is £550. (Please note there is now NO VAT charged)
- For every person over thirty, the cost is £7.50 per person. On the day a headcount is done so that you are only charged for those that do attend.
- Whilst 90% of surgeries opt for a half day as part of PLT should you want to commit to a whole day, then the fee remains the same.
- This fee includes Lynn whenever possible, although she does run her own business so isn’t always available.
- We are well used to working nationally and even though HMRC travel rates are £0.45 per mile, when working with surgeries we will only charge £0.35 per mile
- When an overnight stay is required there is NO extra cost to you.
- We will ask you to make your own arrangements regarding an external venue so that there are no added commission costs.
- To secure your date in the diary there is a £100 deposit to be paid which is deductible from the final cost.
