How does the Away Day work?

Your team building away day with us is geared towards dispelling self-limiting beliefs; using that confidence to identify opportunities for your business; and embedding the learning to improve your business performance

Using our team’s unique combination of skills and personality, we combine art and circus skills to demonstrate how everyone can outperform their perceived limitations.

We challenge your team to display their new-found skills, through performance and coaching of colleagues.

The confidence and new team dynamic is then used to identify the opportunities that the teams have observed in the workplace.

By recapping the day, the achievements and opportunities are set out and responsibility is allocated for future actions – which we confirm in writing directly after the away day.
