Surgery Away Days – a retrospective on 2022

This was a year of change and two projects illustrate just how much the landscape had altered throughout the year. In March 2022 we delivered an afternoon away day for a group of thirty nine trainee doctors. This was a project that had scheduled for December 2021 but had had to be back to March due to the Coronavirus restrictions.
